Lesley Bunch is an artist who lives and works in London. Born in Ohio, her childhood was spent in the Midwest. Bunch studied Fine Art & Art History at Goldsmiths’ College, University of London. This was followed by an MA in Archaeology at the School of Oriental And African Studies, University of London, where she focused on Japanese art of the Edo Period. A deep and abiding passion for Japanese culture and art has informed her life and work: She lived in Tokyo for three years, and worked for several Japanese corporations. Currently she teaches art practice and theory.
